    As a personal and family coach, my advice is practical down-to-earth, and based on many years as an educator working with families in crisis. I help my clients find greater meaning In their lives, provide guidance when there is a difficult family situation, and teach individuals and families effective problem solving skills.

    Rather than asking people to paint a new picture of their lives, I suggest ways to reframe the existing picture. . . an approach that allows us to accept ourselves and appreciate our inherent talents and gifts. My coaching is grounded in reality, and based on my belief that all human beings want to feel valued and to be "love-able"- that is, to be able to love and to be loved. I provide my clients with the tools and emotional support to fix the things that need fixing. . . and to accept and embrace those things that probably won't change.
